Baldwin St., Steepest Street in the World
The Gut BusterBaldwin Street, Dunedin, New Zealand is the steepest street in the world and home to the Gut Buster, an annual race to the top. It's a rite of passage for local hoons to get their rusty pieces of crap up to the top. A few years back I even managed to get my old Renault TL series stationwagon all the way up (with a bit of a run up). |
